How do I place an order?
Add the products you like to the cart and go to checkout. Enter your name, mobile number and address, choose a payment method and confirm the order. You can order without creating an account.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery, and advance payment by bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The methods shown at checkout are the ones currently available.
How do I pay by bKash, Nagad or Rocket?
Choose the method at checkout and you will see our number and the amount. Use "Send Money" to that number, then enter the TrxID you receive and the number you sent from, and confirm the order. We verify the payment and confirm your order.
What if I enter a wrong TrxID?
With a wrong TrxID or wrong amount, the order cannot be confirmed and may be cancelled. If you made a mistake, tell us quickly and we will fix it.
How much is the delivery charge?
It differs inside and outside Dhaka. Once you enter your address, the charge is shown at checkout, and what you see when you confirm the order applies.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1-3 working days inside Dhaka and 3-5 working days outside Dhaka. Courier or natural causes may cause delays. Details are on the Delivery page.
How do I track my order?
Use the link you get after ordering, or the Orders section of your account, to see the status, courier name and tracking code. If you gave an email, we will also email you when the order is confirmed, shipped and delivered.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel until the product is handed to the courier. If the order page offers a cancel option, use it; otherwise tell us on phone, WhatsApp or Messenger.
What if the product has a problem or I do not like it?
Check the product in front of the delivery man. Within 3 days of delivery, tell us with your order number. If it is our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we pay the return cost. If you simply do not like it or the size does not fit, the customer pays the delivery and return courier charges. The full rules are on the Return and Refund Policy page.
How and when will I get my refund?
If you paid in advance online or by bKash, Nagad or Rocket, the refund goes to the same method, usually within 7 working days after the return is accepted. With cash on delivery you pay nothing in advance, so no refund is needed.
What if I forget my password?
Tell us on phone, WhatsApp or Messenger and we will send you a password reset link.
Is my information safe?
Yes. The site is protected with HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted, and we do not see your card details when you pay online. Details are on the Privacy Policy page.
