We deliver all over Bangladesh. You choose your division, district and upazila when you order. If courier service is limited in a very remote area, we will let you know by phone.
The delivery charge differs inside and outside Dhaka. It is shown at checkout once you enter your address, and what you see when you confirm the order applies. There are no hidden charges.
After your order is confirmed, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days inside Dhaka and 3-5 working days outside Dhaka. Eid, strikes, natural events or courier problems can cause delays. This time is an estimate, not a guarantee.
We often verify orders by phone. If your phone is off or unreachable, confirmation may be delayed. If you pay in advance by mobile banking, the order is confirmed after we verify the payment.
Use the link you get after ordering, or your account, to see the order status, courier name and tracking code. If you gave an email, we will email you at the main steps of your order.
